ICC-ES Launches Online Customer Portal System

ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) has launched a new online Customer Portal System to support new and existing building, plumbing, mechanical and gas product manufacturers clients.

The portal system will allow clients to apply, track and review the status of their report application, while being able to apply for report revisions and review/pay invoices online via credit card. Users will first need to register and create an account.

“This new system will be key to managing the applications of new reports for both the client and company, providing real time updates and status reports and revisions,” said ICC-ES President Shahin Moinian. P.E.

ICC-ES plans to further develop the Customer Portal by adding the ability: for plant inspectors to directly upload manufacturers' inspection reports; for report holders and technical staff to communicate/message each other regarding existing projects, updates or questions: for registered users to communicate directly with ICC-ES Connect+ staff regarding customer service inquiries.
